I’m 49 years old, living three miles south of Linköping, Sweden. I have an extreme interest in sports, with a particular passion for golf. Additionally, I’m deeply involved in the athletic community life, where I value unity and the principle of “the team before the individual” highly.

This philosophy is something I strive to incorporate into my professional life as well. “My commitment to athletic community life, and the principle of ‘the team before the individual’ are not just personal values; they are a cornerstone of my vision for LarsLap’s future.”

When did your journey with LarsLap begin?

My journey with LarsLap started in 2015 when I joined as the production manager. In 2018, I also took on the role of site manager and have held that position until today.

Do you have any previous experiences that you bring into the role of CEO?

I’ve been in the industry virtually my entire career. Before joining LarsLap, I spent 20 years at another industrial company. So, you could say I have solid experience in the field, which I see as very valuable in my current role.

What are you most looking forward to in your new position?

What I’m most looking forward to is continuing to work with my fantastic colleagues. I firmly believe that together we can take LarsLap to new heights. I also want us to focus more on further developing existing products and developing new ones to best meet our customers’ needs worldwide. “Innovation and collaboration are the keys to meeting our customers’ needs. At LarsLap, we’re not just selling products; we’re forging partnerships that drive progress.”

Can you tell us more about LarsLap and what the company offers?

Certainly. LarsLap specializes in industrial valve grinding solutions and repair systems. Our products ensure quick and efficient maintenance of valves, giving our customers confidence in their performance.
